Study On GSCM Model Operation Of Medical Device Industry

In recent years,the global manufacturing market competition has become increasingly fierce,and the competition between manufacturers has turned into the competition between SCM.With the seriously environmental pollution,resource shortage and the continuous improvement of public awareness for environmental protection,manufacturers turn to green strategy in production management.Whereas,domestic & foreign scholars and enterprises have study sustainable development strategy and GSCM,and carried out theoretical research in practical.Analyzes the principle of the construction of GSCM model for medical devices industry,combining with the characteristics of GSCM and the medical device industry supply chain,the surrounding green purchasing,green manufacturing,green distribution,green recycling,and the key link in its operation process is analyzed,the specific content of the clear relationship between each link and content,in order to improve the company's operational efficiency of green supply chain management.Then,using the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the key link of the process management performance is evaluated,to find out in the process of the implementation of relatively weak link,and analyze the reasons: lack of evaluation system for GSM performance,lack of consciousness of green development strategy,enterprise internal risk and the difficulty of information share.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding safeguard measures for the operation of the company's GSCM model: build a green corporate culture,establish a green strategic alliance,and actively fulfill corporate social responsibility.Based on the study GSC of the company can conclusion that,medical device manufacturer through the establishment of green supply chain management model,and using data analysis method for the management performance evaluation,can help enterprise find GSCM problems that exist in the process.Optimizing the operation of the protection measures,for the overwhelming majority of peer enterprises to implement GSC transformation of medical device to provide reference.
