Analysis Of New Retail Business Mode And Its Financial Performance Evaluation

With the advancement of technology and the escalation of consumer demand,the retail industry has begun to transform into a new retail business model.As a leading enterprise in the household appliance industry,Suning has gradually realized the integration of online and offline channels,which coincides with the current development direction of the new retail business model,and its unique “dual channel”advantage is also quite popular.I am optimistic.Whether Suning can accelerate in this transformational war is a problem that the public is more concerned about.Taking Suning Tesco as an example,this paper first analyzes the internal and external motivations of Suning's transition to new retail,and then analyzes Suning's new retail business model according to the research model of business model.Then,this paper uses the improved DuPont analysis method to compare and analyze its financial performance,and chooses the old rivals of Suning's Gome retail and the average value of 95 retail enterprises divided by the CSRC as the comparison object,and compares Suning's horizontal and vertical aspects.After that,the value of Suning Tesco's corporate value was evaluated.Through the analysis of this article,it is found that Suning has been in the period of Internet transformation in the early stage.In 2015,the transformation of “rain pain”just turned around and it was put into a new round of reform in 2017.Therefore,various financial performance indicators are not very good.However,Suning's sales scale has expanded,revenue growth has been obvious,and new profit growth points such as logistics and finance are on the rise,and corporate value assessment also shows that it has a large investment space.In summary,the beginning of the new retail business model marks the beginning of a new transformation of Suning,and it will take a longer time to test whether it will succeed or not.
