In the context of the Internet era,traditional home appliance retailers are experiencing a major blow to e-commerce.To pursue development,traditional home appliance retailers are actively exploring new business models,and the 020 business model has emerged.This paper takes the Suning cloud business representative of home appliance industry transformation as an example to explore the impact of the 020 business model on the home appliance industry and the comparison of the financial performance before and after the transition of 020,and draws inspirations from other home appliance companies for transformation,which has practical application value.With case analysis and comparative analysis,this article first briefly outlines the 020 business model and the development of the domestic appliance retail industry.Secondly,to analyze s five-year financial status and financial performance of Suning through the analysis of financial statements,financial indicators and EVA evaluation system since the development of the 020 model.Through analysis,it has been found that the financial performance of Suning is not optimistic since the development of the 020 model.The high cost of the company has led to a substantial decline in profitability,but its operational capacity has gradually increased,and its sustainable development capacity is in line with the actual growth capacity of the company.020 business model is conducive to business development for the long-term development.Finally,through the case analysis of Suning,this article considers from an industry perspective that the traditional home appliance retail enterprise should develop with 020 model that meets its own development needs,such as establishing an e-commerce thinking,enhancing online and offline complementarities,and strengthening cost control and logistics systems and so on.However,we also need to pay attention to the financial figures changes to avoid serious financial risks.
