Performance management is an advanced management mechanism developed in the late 1980 s.It plays an important role in stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of organizational staff and promoting organizational growth.As the most basic part of the whole performance management system,performance appraisal plays an important role in enterprise management and is an indispensable part of the enterprise.Through the application of human resource management system theory,analytic hierarchy theory,etc.,the combination of qualitative analysis research and quantitative analysis research,normative analysis and empirical analysis combined with the research methods of the internal performance evaluation of the enterprises in Tuquan County,Inner Mongolia Conduct comprehensive analysis and diagnosis to improve the basic information of performance appraisal,and fully establish a set of performance appraisal system based on the internal and external resources and conditions.The outstanding feature in this paper is that it pays more attention to the analysis and utilization of assessment results,conducts a comprehensive analysis of the assessment results of China Mobile’s Tuquan Branch,and provides feedback on the evaluation results,and aims to improve the incentive mechanism afterwards.County Mobile Branch employees have a new understanding of performance and performance goals to achieve the company’s overall performance goals.The paper mainly analyzes and compares the three performance appraisal schemes of BSC,KPI and 360 degrees,and finds out the appraisal system for the application of China Mobile’s Toutun branch.This paper is aimed at the development of Tuquan County Mobile Branch,feedback on performance appraisal,and employees.The salary incentives and career planning have been designed in a targeted manner.Finally,a set of targeted performance appraisal programs is formed.The performance appraisal scheme proposed in this paper is aimed at the development of Tuquan Mobile Branch and the in-depth investigation of employees.It has a very high reference value.This article also has a certain degree of universality,to the same industry played a certain reference role.
