With the deepening of economic globalization,the competitive situation of the banking industry is becoming more and more intense,while the rise of mobile payment platform,the arrival of 5G mobile Internet era,the continuous development of AI artificial intelligence technology has also brought more business pressure to commercial banks,commercial banks are facing a new round of transformation and upgrading.In order to obtain new development momentum,human resources are one of the most important foundations,how to better stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,to avoid the brain drain has become a very important issue.Therefore,it is of great significance for the branch to improve its business performance and realize the strategic goal of long-term development by studying the performance appraisal system of the employees and designing more comprehensive and scientific performance index and its weight.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of the employees of ICBC H branch as the research object,through the questionnaire method,looks for the existing problems in the current performance appraisal system,uses the theory of incentive theory,performance management and so on,combines KPI,balanced scorecard,360 appraisal method and other performance appraisal tools.Combined with the actual work content and job characteristics of the staff of H Branch,the existing performance appraisal system of the branch is improved.The main job is to design performance appraisal indicators,relevant indicators weight and distribution methods,as well as design the corresponding organizational and institutional guarantee.The important goal of the improvement of the performance appraisal system is to make the performance appraisal system of H branch more comprehensive and scientific,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff,and retain and make good use of the talents for the branch.
