| The financial industry plays a vital role in the development of our country's economy,and commercial banks have always been an important part of the financial industry.With the rapid development of our country's economy,China's financial industry is also evolving and changing from closed finance to the world's big financial system.China rural commercial banks began to face more and more competition and challenge,how to through the reasonable use of scientific analysis method,to evaluate the real,effective and comprehensive to our country agricultural firm's operational efficiency,influence of various factors on commercial bank efficiency analysis,influence degree and using mathematical statistics me thod of the the factors for verification,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the rural commercial bank,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,to provide effective protection,which is an issue,an academic problem to be solved,related to the overall operation of the level of China's financial industry.This paper mainly uses data envelopment analysis method to study and analyze the comprehensive efficiency of rural commercial banks.Based on existing literature research results,the main factors of the agricultural firm's operating efficiency is decomposed and analyzed,and the development of the macro environment of the bank at the present stage of China's banking industry and based on the level.The focus is on the analysis of domestic scholars on the operating performance of banks and on the basis of deficiencies.Influence on bank efficiency factors are classified again.By using group comparison method and single factor index analysis method,we analyze the input and output indicators of Hunan Xingsha Rural Commercial Bank,and compare the operational efficiency of China's commercial banks and Hunan Xingsha Rural Commercial Bank by empirical analysis.Analysis on the reform direction o f China's commercial banks based on the main factors of bank risk control ability and profitability as the operating performance of the bank account,by using data envelopment analysis method,this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the commercial bank efficiency and Hu nan Xingsha Rural Commercial Bank.Found in Hunan Xingsha rural commercial which exists in the actual operation process,combined with the advanced experience of the operation of commercial banks in China,puts forward feasible strategies of Hunan Xingsha rural commercial bank operating efficiency.The strategy of rural commercial bank efficiency promotion developed in this paper further enhances the bank's competitiveness and reduces the management cost of the retail terminal.At the same time,it provides a reference for t he construction o f retail terminal management strategies of rural commercial bank at all levels of the country,and has certain theoretical and practical significance for management scholars. |
