The Research On The Integrated Audit Of A Company

The integrated audit model originated in the United States.In order to comply with the requirements of reducing audit costs,AS5(No.5 Auditing Standards)emphasizes the use of “risk-oriented,top-down” auditing methods and the first proposed integrated auditing.China's internal control auditing system is in urgent need of improvement.Due to the extremely short time for its encouragement,most major firms now modify the audit on the basis of the original financial statement control test,and mechanically increase the test content and sample size.There is no unified industry specific implementation standard to guide practice.This paper analyzes the implementation motivation of integrated auditing in China,integrates the procedures and methods of audit implementation,and analyzes the case of integrated audit of Company A by R accounting firm,and introduces the implementation of A company's integrated auditing project.The process of auditing the project team from R Office B from accepting business entrustment,planning audit work,risk assessment procedures,risk response procedures to final auditing.Then,combined with the requirements in the internal control auditing standards and the integrated audit research literature,the paper analyzes the defects and problems in the process of the integrated audit project of Company A,and analyzes the causes accordingly.In view of the problems existing in the integrated audit project of Company A,this paper combines relevant theories,research literatures of domestic and foreign scholars,auditing standards and application guidelines,and draws on the experience of the same industry firms,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of R accounting firm's implementation of integrated auditing project,and puts forward suggestions for improving A company's integrated auditing project,which provides some ideas and reference for accounting firms to carry out integrated auditing projects.It also has positive significance for the healthy development of China's capital market.
