Influencing Factors Of Innovation Ability In The Process Of Technology Catching-up Of Later-Developing Enterprises

After the reform and opening-up,the economic development of our country is changing with each passing day,and the manufacturing industry,as an important driving force,has made a great contribution.Although China has become the world’s second largest economy,in terms of the proportion of high-tech products in manufacturing,China’s economic growth is not driven by innovation,but depends on cheap products to open up a large number of markets and government promotion.However,with the increasingly fierce competitive environment of global enterprises,in order to overcome the "ceiling effect" of technology introduction in the process of technology catch-up,Chinese enterprises must improve their ability of innovation and transform it from a follower to an innovator.Therefore,it is necessary to study the technology of latecomer enterprise.The construction of innovation ability in the process of catch-up is of great significance to the transformation and development of our economy and industry.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire,case analysis and so on,and constructs the index system of influencing factors of innovation ability of latecomer enterprises based on organizational learning model,collaborative innovation mode,innovation ability and enterprise environment.The reliability and validity of the system are verified by issuing questionnaires to target enterprises.At the same time,the model is applied to the case analysis of CRRC and the different stages of the technology catch-up process are analyzed in depth.How to match the influence factors of the late-development enterprise and get the model of the innovation ability of the late-development enterprise.The main conclusion of this paper is that the latecomer enterprises in different stages of technological catch-up,different learning models and collaborative models should be matched according to different institutional environment,technological environment and market environment,so as to achieve the effect of innovation ability in this stage.At the same time,in the stage of technology introduction,enterprises should make clear the direction of development in the future,change from auxiliary technology to dominant technology in the stage of technology improvement,and keep the control of market direction in the stage of independent research and development.
