Study On The Countermeasures Of Preventing Local Government Debt Risk

Based on the thinking of local government and the relevant data of local government debt,this paper makes an analysis of the actual situation of the whole debt risk,so as to find out the real situation of local government debt,and then obtains the specific reasons for the formation of debt risk through the analysis,providing effective measures for local government to improve its governance ability.In this way,local government debt risk can be effectively prevented,reduced and properly resolved,which is conducive to the sustainable development of local social economy.Combining literature analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper takes Y city as the research object,compares the local government debt risk of Y city with the local debt risk of other cities,so as to more intuitively reflect the local government debt risk of Y city.On this basis,this paper summarizes the impact and causes of local government debt risk in Y city,and puts forward corresponding preventive and control countermeasures,namely,speeding up the reform of mechanism,improving the ability of local government debt risk management under the background of new policies,building a debt risk early warning and prevention system,and vigorously promoting the combination of government and social capital.(ppp)mode.In order to give full play to the positive effects of local government debt on social development and local economic operation,so as to effectively control the whole debt scale and effectively avoid debt risks.
