China's futures market is on the road of development from scratch,from disorder to order,from depression to prosperity.Especially in 2010,CSI 300 Stock Index Future has introduced China's futures market into a new period and reshaped the competition pattern of the industry.However,the periodicity of futures market fluctuation,the singularity of industry profit model and the fierce competition bring great challenges to the sustained profits and stable development of futures companies.Based on the theory of strategy combination and differentiated marketing strategy,this paper deeply analyzes the marketing status of G Futures Company,and measures the feasibility of implementing the differentiated marketing strategy.This paper focuses on the research of differentiated marketing strategy of futures companies,and combines the relevant marketing strategy theory,the industry and self-situation of G futures companies,as well as the author's personal experience of working in G futures companies.It is proposed that G futures companies should make full use of their own advantages to shape core competitiveness so as to create Star products and service projects with differentiated focusing strategy and help companies continue to create brilliance.
