The progress of society and the development of the economy make the flow of information and resources of enterprises faster and faster,and the difficulty of obtaining resources and funds is getting lower and lower.On the contrary,it is more and more difficult to obtain human resources.The competition among modern enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition between talents and talents.The marketing staff of the enterprise is the key to the high economic efficiency of the enterprise.The business level of marketers has become a prerequisite for companies to achieve profitability,and has a very significant impact on the company's development prospects and potential.The positive incentives of performance management for marketers are obvious.It helps achieve the stated goals,mine problems,distribute profits and promote growth.Performance appraisal is the core foundation of performance management.In order to integrate and utilize the advantages of human resources in an invincible position in the overall market competition,enterprises must pay full attention to the performance appraisal of corporate marketing personnel.The research object of this paper is one of the largest integrated information service providers in Wuxi.This paper studies the performance appraisal of marketing staff of Y company's marketing department,introduces the enterprise performance evaluation system and related theories into the performance appraisal of marketing staff in the communication industry,and attempts to study the new program of performance appraisal of marketing staff in Y company's marketing department.This paper begins with an overview of the background,purpose and significance of this paper,relevant research status,research methods and technical routes at home and abroad.Then comprehensively define the concept of performance,performance appraisal,and the main methods of performance appraisal.Then,the general situation of the Y company's marketing department and the general situation of the marketing staff were presented.The questionnaires were used to evaluate the problems in the performance appraisal of the marketing staff of the Y company's marketing department,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed.On this basis,this paper sorts out the design ideas of marketing staff performance appraisal scheme,designs the performance appraisal index system of marketing staff of Y company market operation department based on balanced score card,and Li Delphi method determines the weight of indicators and designs performance.Assessment form.According to the performance plan-performance implementation-performance appraisal-performance feedback-performance results application suggestions are put forward in several aspects,in order to make the performance appraisal smooth and refined,this article from culture and propaganda,personnel and organization,system,Establish a safeguard system from the perspective of technology.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it will have certain guiding significance for the improvement of the performance appraisal system of marketing staff of Y company marketing department.This paper combines the theory of balanced scorecard with the performance appraisal system of domestic communication companies,proposes a relatively innovative evaluation system,makes a new attempt,enriches the theory of balanced scorecards,and is also a performance reform of domestic company market sales.
