With the continuous development of Internet technology, the closed-loop supply chain of new hybrid channels consisting of online recycling channels and offline recycling channels has become the mainstream operating mode of the industry and received extensive attention from all walks of life.Recyclers of online channels use the advantages of Internet technology to compete fiercely with traditional offline recycling channels in terms of price and service quality. This poses a huge challenge to the internal pricing strategy and decision-making model of the closed-loop supply chain of mixed channels.Based on the research work of closed-loop supply chain at home and abroad, this paper constructs a closed-loop supply chain model based on consumer utility under a new hybrid recycling channel. The paper studies the stability and profit fluctuations in the long-term dynamic game between mixed channels, and the impact of government subsidies on the mixed channel game by chaos theory, game theory, utility theory and supply chain management and other related theories. The main research contents and innovations of the thesis are summarized as follows:1.Starting from the differential utility of heterogeneous consumers from market recycling behavior,we constructed a consumer utility function in the context of a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain. In terms of the difference in utility between consumers’ participation in online recycling channels and offline recycling channels, the paper analyzes the composition of recycling channels in different markets under different parameters, focusing on the recycling channels and offline of the market. The parameter conditions when the recycling channel coexists. The stability of the dualchannel recycling supply chain constructed under this situation is analyzed and controlled.2.Based on the new hybrid channel recycling model,we built a closed-loop supply chain of new hybrid recycling channels consisting of online channel recyclers, offline channel recyclers and remanufacturers, and study the complexity of the model’s longterm dynamic game, and discuss the impact of game-side parameter changes on system stability and the profit of all parties in the game.analyzes the critical point of maintaining system stability under different conditions and the best decision of all parties in the game. And then corresponding numerical simulation. Finally, the delay feedback strategy is used to control the instability of the system, which provides a solution to the chaotic control of the system.3.Based on the closed-loop supply chain model of the new hybrid channel,we introduce government subsidies and built a closed-loop supply chain of new hybrid recycling channels consisting of recyclers of online channels, recyclers of offline channels, remanufacturers and the government and study the complexity in its dynamic game.Further studied the effect of the government’s utility from recycling behavior on the stability of the model. The analysis focuses on the stability changes before and after the government subsidies,as well as the stability changes under the joint action of government subsidies and other parameters. And then corresponding numerical simulation. Finally, the effect of using the delayed feedback strategy to control the instability of the system is analyzed in the case of government subsidies.
