Resarch On The Supervision Efficiency Of Market Supervision Bureau After The "Three In One" Reform

In recent years,in order to create a better market environment and improve the quality of market supervision efficiency of grass-roots departments,under the background of the transformation of government functions and institutional reform,the local China Food and Drug Administration,Industrial and Commercial Administration,and quality supervision departments have gradually merged to establish local market supervision bureaus.How to improve the supervision efficiency of the market supervision bureau after "three in one" has become a common concern of the society.The forms of reform in different regions are different,and the effectiveness of supervision is naturally different.After combing the theory of new public management,collaborative governance,administrative efficiency and market order,this study studies the current situation and problems of regulatory efficiency of Market Supervision Bureau in H city after the "three in one" reform,and points out that the regulatory measures of Market Supervision Bureau in H city after the "three in one" reform include improving the relevant systems,improving the effect of law enforcement,enhancing the work efficiency,enhancing the power of safeguarding rights,and Strengthen the construction of talents.After a questionnaire survey of its regulatory effectiveness,it is concluded that the evaluation results of regulatory effectiveness after the "three in one" reform of H municipal market supervision bureau are general,and the existing problems include imperfect supporting system,insufficient implementation of policies,and insufficient participation of relevant subjects;the causes of the problems are: lagging regulatory mechanism,limited working capacity,and blocked collaborative supervision.After learning the experience and Enlightenment of market supervision efficiency construction in advanced areas.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and implementation guarantee for improving the supervision efficiency of market supervision bureau of H city.The countermeasures include perfecting the supervision mechanism,enhancing the supervision ability and enhancing the multi cooperation ability,and explaining the implementation guarantee from three aspects of law,talents and social participation.Through this study,I hope to effectively enhance the supervision efficiency of H City Market Supervision Bureau,improve its service level,and provide some reference for the construction of other city market supervision bureaus.
