demand for old-age care.The problem of old-age care in our country is facing huge challenges,and it has become a major livelihood issue that affects the vital interests of everyone in every family.To this end,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: "Proactively respond to the aging population,build a policy system and social environment for old-age care,filial piety,and respect for the elderly,promote the integration of medical and nursing care,and accelerate the development of the cause of old age and industry.Encouraged by the huge demand for the old-age market and national favorable policies,old-age institutions organized by various social forces came into being.The market competition for the entire old-age industry is becoming increasingly fierce.How can the old-age institutions grasp the development trend of the industry in the fierce market competition,Positioning market demand,combining with our own reality,advancing strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and establishing a competitive strategy suitable for our own sustainable development are major issues faced by all social forces in hosting pension institutions.This article takes
