With the social and economic development,the status of SMEs in the national economy has gradually increased.Therefore,SMEs have received great attention from governments of all countries,and their understanding of SMEs has become deeper.The development of the SME industry has made a great contribution to providing jobs,absorbing labor,and increasing economic growth.Its performance in improving economic performance has been in promoting the increase of economic aggregates,optimizing the industrial structure,developing foreign trade,and improving the living standards of residents.SMEs provide large-scale supporting services for large enterprises and promote cooperation among large enterprises.All of the above have become an important motive for the government to strongly support and develop SMEs.Kyrgyzstan(hereinafter referred to as Kyrgyzstan)and Uzbekistan(hereinafter referred to as Uzbekistan)are the core areas that promote the "Silk Road Economic Belt".Jiwu belongs to the underdeveloped countries,with agriculture as the pillar industry,a relatively simple industrial structure,and relatively weak industrial foundation.Currently,it cannot have the ability to start and develop large-scale enterprises.Therefore,by vigorously supporting and encouraging the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,Jiwu can promote economic growth.The important way.Due to the difficult predicament of poor development of Jiwu large-scale enterprises,the development of SMEs has become an inevitable choice to promote economic growth.Therefore,this paper analyzes the economic impact of SMEs in Jiwu based on the actual situation of the development of SMEs in Jiwu.First of all,the overall evaluation of Jiwu economy.Secondly,evaluate the current situation of Jiwu SMEs;finally,through data analysis to evaluate the impact of SMEs on economic growth,choose employment flexibility to compare the contribution of Jiwu SMEs to employment,through data analysis to compare the impact of SMEs on foreign trade,This presents the problems existing in Jiwu's small and medium-sized industries and the enlightenment of Chinese SMEs to Jiwu SMEs.The results of this study show that: SMEs have played a more positive role in the economic growth of Jiwu;the output value of SMEs in the region,the proportion of industrial output value is different,the impact of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province on the economy is greater than the economic impact of SMEs in Urumqi The impact of SMEs on employment is also significant,and there are differences in the degree of impact on different industries and regions.This is related to the regional distribution of SMEs,economic development,business scale,and the demand for labor.The elasticity of employment shows that the contribution of SMEs in Uruguay to employment is greater than that of SMEs in Kyrgyzstan.From the point of view of the growth and development speed of SMEs' import and export trade,the growth and development of Urumqi's SMEs' import and export trade is greater than that of Kyrgyzstan's SMEs.However,from the perspective of the contribution to foreign trade,the influence of SMEs in Kyrgyzstan on foreign trade The degree of influence of small and medium-sized Urumqi SMEs on foreign trade was therefore learned that the contribution of SMEs in Kyrgyzstan to foreign trade was greater than that of SMEs in Urumqi.Finally,the problems existed in Jiwu SMEs are summarized and summarized according to the data analysis.In the development process of Jiwu SMEs,there are problems such as lack of funds,uneven regional distribution,lack of technological innovation,and lack of government policies.Finally,in light of the current situation of the development of small and medium-Jiwu SME inspiration.
