| In recent years,agricultural resources have been seriously polluted,and the quality and safety of agricultural products have not been effectively resolved,especially for rice,which is the main food crop.Ensuring the safe production of rice is directly related to the health of the public.To improve rice quality and ensure food security,it has become an inevitable choice to promote rice farmers to adopt green agricultural production technology for green rice production.As an organization established by farmers spontaneously,cooperatives have the functions of information sharing,agricultural material supply,and technical guidance.In the process of technology promotion,they have made up for the lack of formal institutions and technology promotion agencies,and have become an important way to promote new green agricultural technologies.So it is of great practical significance to discuss the adoption of rice farmers’ green agricultural production technology from the perspective of cooperatives.In view of this,this article based on field investigations in rural areas of Linyi City,Shandong Province,on the basis of systematically sorting out the factors influencing farmers’ adoption of green agricultural production technologies and the relationship between cooperatives and farmers’ technology adoption behavior,etc.We comprehensively grasp rice farmers’ green agriculture poduction technology adoption and the impact of cooperatives on rice farmers’ technology adoption behavior.Using the binary logistic model to explore the impact of rice farmers joining the cooperative on their technology adoption,and through comparative analysis to understand the effect of cooperatives on rice farmers’ technology adoption.Finally,through case analysis methods,we further explore the ways in which cooperatives affect rice farmers’ adoption of green agricultural technology.This article mainly draws the following conclusions:First,the impact of rice farmers joining cooperatives on their adoption of soil testing formula fertilizer technology is positively correlated and significant,that is to say,the probability of rice farmers joining the cooperative adopting soil testing formula fertilizer technology is significantly greater than that of rice farmers who have not joined the cooperative.In addition,in the analysis of the effect of cooperatives on the adoption of rice farmer technology,it was found that the use of soil testing fertilizer technology by rice farmers can not only increase rice yield,but also reduce pollution to soil and water sources,and protect the agricultural environment.Among them,members of rice farmers are moreeffective than ordinary rice farmers.Second,cooperatives have particularity and importance in the promotion of agricultural technology.Their main functions are the dissemination of technical information,the function of technical guidance,and the function of agricultural supplies.In the survey area,two typical rice cultivation in the case description and comprehensive analysis of similar cooperatives,it was found that cooperatives mainly promote the adoption of green agricultural production technology by local members through the three methods of green agricultural supplies,technical guidance and training,and financial subsidies for rice farmers.Standardized construction will help cooperatives better serve their members.Third,among other influencing factors,the effect of years of farming,cultural level,agricultural net income,and frequency of agricultural technology guidance on rice farmers’ adoption of soil testing and fertilizer technology is positive and significant.Specifically,the longer the period of farming,The greater the probability of rice farmers adopting technology;the higher the education level,the greater the possibility of rice farmers adopting technology;the higher the net income of rice cultivation,the more inclined the rice farmers are to adopt technology;the technical guidance for rice farmers The more frequently the rice farmers are more likely to adopt technology.Finally,on the basis of sorting out the above conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,to play the role of cooperative technology promotion and establish and improve a new technology promotion system;second,to strengthen the standardization of cooperatives and improve the service level of cooperatives;Talent training,focus on creating comprehensive technical talents;Fourth,strengthen the cooperative education and training functions,improve the professional quality of rice farmers;Fifth,optimize the external macro environment,improve cooperatives and rice farmers technical subsidy mechanism. |
