| In order to guide the domestic economy from investment-led to consumption-led,and promote the development of personal consumption economy,China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued "Consumer Finance Company Pilot Management Measures",from the 2009 consumer finance company pilot to the present,there are 24 domestic consumer finance companies The registered capital reached 34.6 billion yuan,the asset scale reached 493.8 billion yuan,the loan balance reached 460.4 billion yuan,and the cumulative service to customers exceeded 100 million.Due to the short establishment time and insufficient pilot experience,most consumer finance companies lack a standardized performance appraisal system,and appraisal execution is superficial.The appraisal results and talent team building cannot meet the needs of consumer financial market and industry development.R Consumer Finance was established in January 2016.The controlling shareholder is China Huarong Asset Management Co.,Ltd.,which is a first-class subsidiary of China Huarong.Since the establishment of the company,due to the complicated internal source structure and frequent changes of management,there has not been a clear and instructive strategic development plan,and the business model at the beginning of the market is too rude.Performance evaluation has not been fully paid attention to.The execution results have been criticized,unable to meet the requirements of talent team building.Starting in2018,the company’s operating conditions have become more difficult,the profitability has declined,and the brain drain has been severe.Many phenomena indicate that the R consumer finance company’s employee performance evaluation system is not scientific and reasonable,and there are many problems in the index setting and operation execution that need to be resolved.Based on the above research background,this article selects R consumer finance company as the object to carry out research,adopts a literature survey method,summarizes the research results of five years at home and abroad,and on this basis,conducts a questionnaire survey on the R consumer finance company employee performance evaluation system.Interview with personnel,combine the basic situation of R consumer finance company and personnel composition structure,analyze the problems and causes of the current system,and then introduce BSC management tools Optimizing and perfecting the company’s existing employee performance appraisal system in terms of communicationfeedback and results utilization.Taking advantage of Internet financial institutions to form a performance appraisal system optimization plan that meets industry characteristics and company development needs,aiming to maximize the performance appraisal management effectiveness To enable employees and the company to make progress together,to achieve the company’s stable compliance and sustainable business development goals,but also provide a reference for the establishment and optimization of the performance evaluation system of consumer financial equivalent financial institutions. |
