With the arrival of global economic integration,the competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition of talents,and the role of modern human resources management has become increasingly prominent.Performance appraisal is an important part of human resources management.Effective performance appraisal helps to implement the development strategy of enterprises into specific work goals.Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise human resources development and management.Its successful development should not only combine the overall structure of enterprise human resources and management,but also consider the cultural value orientation and actual management level of the enterprise.The purpose of the performance appraisal is to make the overall performance of the company improve and the personal development of employees form a virtuous circle.As a private enterprise in the development stage,W Company has a large proportion of grassroots employees.Establishing a scientific and complete performance evaluation system is a necessary condition for the company to enhance its competitiveness.Based on the basic theory of modern performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the problems in the performance appraisal of W company objectively from the aspects of the orientation of the purpose of performance appraisal,the evaluation system,and the application of the evaluation results,and puts forward a targeted optimization plan on this basis.Finally,from the point of view of the feasibility of optimizing the plan,the author puts forward some safeguard measures such as training,humanizing the assessment,and focusing on communication,which help to optimize the performance of W employees.It is hoped that through the analysis and research of this article,it will provide useful inspiration for W Company to improve its performance evaluation,strengthen its management,get rid of its business difficulties,and improve its market competitiveness.
