With the rapid development and popularization of artificial intelligence,artificial intelligence plays an important role in robot recognition,image processing and intelligent services.In addition,artificial intelligence has also been widely used in computer related fields.In the era of intelligence as the label,intelligent service robot has become an indispensable element.Many banks realize that financial technology is an important way out for future development,so they continue to increase research investment in financial innovation.Among them,JZ bank's exploration in this area is at the forefront of the banking industry,especially in the aspect of intelligent service robots.JZ bank introduced intelligent service robots earlier and built and improved the relevant architecture.JZ bank introduces this intelligent service robot to greatly improve the work efficiency.The different user experience it brings is different from the traditional artificial service,which has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance and is worthy of in-depth study.In this paper,the theoretical basis of this paper is formed through the theoretical research of related "intelligent service robot of bank" and "user experience analysis research",and through the reference and integration of relevant literature.Based on the observation of the actual application of intelligent service robot in some outlets of JZ bank,this paper collects information about the use experience of intelligent service robot from bank customers through interview analysis and data analysis.The user experience is divided into five dimensions: sensory,action,emotion,thinking and relevance.Through interview analysis and correlation analysis,the conclusion that emotional experience is the most concerned by users is drawn.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the development of intelligent service robots in the banking industry,which has far-reaching practical significance for the better development of artificial intelligence in the banking industry and better user experience for customers.
