In the Internet In the era of increasingly globalized and Internet economy competition,if companies want to operate and develop in the fierce competition for a long time,they must continue to innovate and tap into their internal driving force.The highest quality and most important internal driving force of enterprises is human resources.Because whether it is the innovation and progress of science and technology,iterative replacement or the increasingly development of management methods,the core factor is the human factor.However,the loyalty of the new generation of employees runs counter to its importance.Frequent turnover and errand attitudes have brought new challenges to the company,and research on the loyalty of this group has become increasingly important.This paper takes M Company as the study object,combines the era background and growth environment of the new generation of employees,and conducts research based on domestic and foreign theoretical systems.First,through field visits and questionnaire surveys,first-hand data of the new generation of employees of M Company were obtained,and the personality of the new generation of employees of M Company was enhanced.It also systematically analyzes the loyalty status of the new generation of employees of company M.At the same time,Spss software was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire to further refine the main factors affecting the loyalty of the new generation of employees of company M.The results showed that the loyalty of the new generation of employees of company M was not high,including:salary and benefits,training development,job satisfaction Degree,corporate culture is the main factor affecting the employee loyalty of company M.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned influencing factors,specific targeted measures are proposed from the aspects of salary and welfare and performance management changes,training development and job satisfaction,recruitment management and turnover intervention,and corporate culture.
