In era of Knowledge Economy, innovative human resource management practices have got a great development. Employee participation is becoming increasingly prominent, and the themes about employee participation become the research focus of academic and business circles both in china and abroad. However, employee participation often meets obstacles and difficulties in management practices in our country, because many companies implemented employee participation in recent years and their management systems are not perfect, and also culture differences and improper operation and other reasons. In addition, most of the study about employee participation in our country are qualitative but quantitative, and the research related to the level of employee's psychology is scarce, which can not meet the requirements of practice of our times.Thus, we need to carry out intensive studies of the employee participation according to the problems in practice and shortage in theoretical analysis and there are theoretical and practical significance to explore the mechanism of employee participation's effect on employee's loyalty.According to the background above, we reviewed the related literature and develped a theory model which employee participation as independent variable, employee loyalty as dependent variable, perceived organizational support as intervening variable and employees'perception of wage justice as moderators.We analysis the effect of employee participation on employee's loyalty. Written and web based surveys were used to collect data. We took the convenient sampling method and sand 270 questionnaires to employees of different industries and companies of different ownership in Changsha, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai. This process yielded 207 valid samples. SPSS 15.0 and LISREL8.70 were used to analyse data. We used reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multivariate linear regression analysis, and ANOVA and the results are as follow:Firstly, there is a significant positive effect of employee participation on employee loyalty; Secondly, perceived organizational support plays a partial mediation role between employee participation and employee's loyalty; Thirdly, employees'perception of wage justice can not moderate between employee participation and employee loyalty; Fourthly, there are effect of Demographic variables and organizational context variables on employee participation. According to our conclusion, we give some administrative suggestions as follow: Firstly, to authorize scientifically and fully. Secondly, pay attention to the perceived organizational support in management practice. Last but not least, trust and respect employees, and improve the rationalization proposals system of the enterprises.
