A Study On The Management Of Financial Investment Review Process In X Area

Due to the variety of categories,multiple goals and complexity of management of government financial investment projects,there is still an obvious gap between people's recognition of their business,maturity and the degree of specification in management of financial investment review process,compared with other departments of the financial department and their management business.The economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the way to deal with the relationship between the government that highlights the characteristics of local communities and the market determine the importance of financial investment for the brilliant government.In this paper,it is taking X area financial investment review process management as the research object,reveals the problem following the case introduction,case analysis,the basic logical train of thought to solve the problem in local grassroots X district financial system carding and analysis on the investment review process management using literature research method,comparative analysis,chart analysis method and the analysis method of combining theory and practice.On the basis of introduces the status of X area financial investment review work and responsibilities and division of labor in project review,this paper analyzes the prominent problems in the process management of financial investment review in X district and the main reasons for these problems respectively from the review material submitted to the untimeliness,investment project evaluation based on the oneness,the ambivalence of the opinions on financial investment review project audit to reduce amount of contradiction,lack performance,review the normative aspects of archive management.According to treat both root causes and symptoms,highlight the need to treat the roots causes fundamental requirement,the main existing problems and causes for X area financial investment review,respectively from how security review materials submitted to the timeliness,how to strengthen the investment project evaluation on the basis of objectivity,how to improve the investment project performance review,how to establish a strict project archives management system and standardize the review of data archiving management and other aspects,put forward the X area improvement countermeasures of financial investment review process management.It is of great significance to study the process management of financial investment review in X area to ensure the investment performance of financial projects and better play the role of financial investment.
