Research On The Spatiotemporal Changes Of Economic Activities In Gansu Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,the economic aggregate has been increasing rapidly,the regional economic pattern has been changing constantly,and the rapid development and transformation of the social economy have been promoted.In the process of the evolution and transformation of regional economy,the regional spatial structure has also undergone major changes,reshaping the spatial pattern of industrial economic activities.It has become a very important academic problem how to scientifically analyze the laws of regional spatial and temporal evolution and grasp the dynamic process.The gross domestic product(GDP)can fully reflect the basic economic situation of the statistical area,but the traditional GDP comes from the official statistical data,which has some limitations and is difficult to show the economic differences within the area in detail.By comparing the spatial simulation results of GDP on the long time series with the spatial simulation of city economy on the time nodes,the dynamic change process of regional economic activities along the time direction and the regional economic spatial differences can be more intuitively displayed.This paper selected gansu province as the research object,obtained the original light data on the official website of NOAA,and obtained the night light image data of a total of 27 years from 1992 to 2018 through relevant tools and relevant calibration methods.Based on the simulation results of the spatial distribution of economic activities in gansu province from two dimensions of time series and time nodes,the development of economy in gansu province and the differential characteristics of the spatial distribution of economic activities in gansu province are obtained,and the causes of the differences in the distribution of economic spatial pattern are further explored.On the basis of the above analysis and exploration,some Suggestions are put forward for the balanced development of economy in gansu province.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,from the perspective of the changes in the formation of economic growth poles,the number of economic growth poles continued to increase,the core area of economic growth poles continued to expand,and the economicdensity continued to increase during the study period.The early to middle stage,the economic growth pole of the polarization effect is very obvious,the economic growth pole of the surrounding area of factors of production with a strong attraction and absorption capacity,production factors flow into the city to promote urban economic rapid development,widening of the regional core city center area,economic density increasing,this is most evident in the process of the development changes of jiayuguan city.Second,from the relationship between the center and the periphery,the economic density of the core area shows a trend of decreasing from the center to the periphery,and the economic increment shows the characteristic that the periphery is higher than the core.The closer to the center of the core area,the higher the economic density,and the farther away from the center,the lower the economic density.The early stages of economic development of the economic polarization makes the core density is higher than the peripheral areas,economic development to a certain stage,the economic diffusion effect is obvious,the core area economic development by a certain limit,part of the production factors flow to the surrounding areas,greatly promote the development of the surrounding area,especially in the higher level of economic center,such as lanzhou,jiayuguan city economic growth is higher than the center area of the annular region,the spatial differentiation characteristics is directly related to the development of urban and rural junction city.Three,from the regional development difference,gansu province economic development imbalance problem is prominent.The economic polarization in the province is serious,the economic development in the direction of northeast to southwest and south to north is different,and the linxia to tianshui line is the boundary to form an obvious economic fault.Longzhong region has a higher level of economic development in the province,followed by hexi corridor region,and gannan prefecture and longnan city have the most backward economy.Lanzhou,baiyin,jiayuguan and other economic center cities still have a large economic gap with non-center cities.The gap between urban and rural areas is very obvious.Most of the municipal economy is concentrated in the administrative center,which is reflected in the fact that the economic density of cities and counties is much higher than that of surrounding regions,and the economic density of rural areas is extremely low,and it is mostly 0.Four,from the change of economic axis,hexi region formed a strip economic axis,longzhong region,longdongnan region economic network trend is obvious,and economic axis and network economy distribution and extension and traffic are closely related.The economic axis is mostly matched with the traffic lines and the spatial position of the main road of the river,among which the matching degree with the road space is the highest,followed by the highway.The river mainly plays an auxiliary role in the formation of the economic belt.The economic density of hexi corridor is higher than that of longzhong region and longdongnan region.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes several countermeasures and Suggestions for the coordinated development of regional economy in gansu province from the aspects of increasing the construction of transportation network,building a new regional economic growth pole,appropriately expanding the urban area and increasing the capital investment in backward areas.
