The relationship between efficiency and fairness has always been the focus of our party's attention.China has always adhered to the principle of distribution according to work, and constantly improves the system and mechanism of distribution according to factors to achieve a reasonable and orderly distribution of income. However, listed companies generally have unfair distribution in financial distribution, and there are significant differences between different types of enterprises, showing different distribution characteristics such as capital biased distribution and labor biased distribution. The unfair distribution is usually reflected in the labor-capital distribution relationship, the internal distribution relationship of labor factors, and the internal distribution relationship of capital factors. The unfair distribution among different production factors will make it difficult to give full play to the incentive effect of salary, thereby reducing the production efficiency of enterprises, affecting the performance level of enterprises, and not conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance. This article takes North Electro-Optic Co.,Ltd shares as an example to investigate the fairness of the value-added distribution of state-owned listed companies and its impact on performance.North Electro-Optic Co.,Ltd has better development prospects in the industry and is more representative. However, since the salary limit order was issued, the company's executive compensation has not shown a significant downward trend, and ordinary employee compensation has not shown a significant upward trend with the increase in value added.Based on stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and Comparative social theory.this article uses the Cobb-Douglas function and the shareholder return fairness index to test the fairness of the distribution of the value-added of the company. The study found that(1)in the labor-capital distribution relationship, the ratio of capital income and marginal output is greater than the ratio of labor income and marginal output, that is,there is a capital-biased distribution in the labor-capital distribution relationship;in the distribution relationship within the labor factors,The income ratio of executives and marginal output is greater than the ratio of income and marginal output of ordinary employees, that is,it shows a biased distribution of executives;in the internal distribution relationship of capital factors, there is a phenomenon in which controlling shareholder invade the rights of small and medium shareholders.(2)Compared with the current state of distribution of Kuang-Chi Technologies Co.,Ltd,by private listed companies,it is found that the change in the labor income distribution tre nd of North Electro-Optic Co,Ltd.shares is smaller than that of Kuang-Chi Technologies Co.,Ltd,.The promulgation of a state-owned executive salary limit order has not significantly affected the average salary of senior executives of Optoelectronics, and the average salary of ordinary employees has changed little.(3)From the perspective of the impact on corporate performance, the labor-capital distribution relationship of North Electro-Optic Co.,Ltd.has no significant impact on corporate performance, while the internal income distribution relationship of labor factors has a significant negative impact on corporate performance. In view of the above, enterprises should improve their internal governance mechanisms, continuously improve their salary distri bution mechanisms, and form a benign distribution relationship that is conducive to the growth of corporate performance. The research in this article will further enrich case studies in the field of fairness in financial distribution, and at the same time provide some reference for improving the income distribution relationship of similar state-owned enterprises.
