The Research On The Added Value Income Distribution Of Expropriated Farmland

As the development of socialist market economy, current land expropriationsystem increasingly cannot meet the requirement of growing economy and society.Unreasonable land expropriation compensation system impairs the legitimate interest offarmers, leading to many social contradictions. In the process of referencing game theory, it focuses on thefour-part game of land expropriation institute, government, public economicorganization and farmers. Based on it, through data analysis and calculation, a four-partdistribution plan comes into being. At last, this thesis holding the stance of “consideringthe interests of the most of farms, maintaining the living standard of land-expropriatedfarmers”, from many angles it has profound analysis on the primary issues of addedvalue income distribution, raising the methods of marketing expropriated land andoffering correspondent measures and suggestions.
