Research On The Coupling Relationship Between Rural E-commerce And Agricultural Industrialization In Guangxi

At present,the "Internet plus agricultural organization" model has been widely used allof the China including 14 cities in Guangxi province.The farmers will actively expandagricultural products new retail channels by Farmers Society and also form the Guangxi sugarnetwork,passion fruit and other famous brand and agriculture on website.As an importantmode of development in modern economy,the organic combination of rural e-commerce andagricultural industrialization has important practical significance for the poverty alleviation,the reform of agricultural supply,the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and the sustainable and healthy development of the rural economy.Based on the study of the coupling relationship between rural e-commerce andagricultural industrialization in Guangxi,the paper analyzes the interaction mechanism ofrural e-commerce and agricultural industrialization,uses data to measure the level of rurale-commerce and agricultural industrialization in Guangxi,and analyzes the couplingrelationship and influencing factors by using the econometric model.The main results are asfollows:Firstly,rural e-commerce promotes the development of agriculture through reducingagricultural activities blindness,breaking the regional and time constraints,promoting theconvenience of education and training for farmers,realizing the scale of the circulation ofagricultural products,producing the "Internet plus agriculture economy” superposition effect.Agricultural industrialization is the premise for the development of rural e-commerce.Agricultural industrialization provides precise platform,rich and perfect application system ofe-commerce for the development of rural e-commerce to promote the upgrading ofe-commerce technology.Both of the rural e-commerce and agricultural industrialization canintegrate into current rural revitalization strategy by "Internet plus precise poverty plusagricultural products upstream" mode.Secondly,Guangxi-ASEAN products trading platform for cross-border electricitysupplier,Guangxi sugar network and so many "Internet plus agricultural industrializationplatforms have played an important role in the development of agricultural economy inGuangxi.But at the same time,it still faces the problems of low coupling degree betweenrural e-commerce and agricultural industrialization,and farmers' weak ideas and lack ofparticipation to rural e-commerce.Thirdly,the measurement analysis shows that the level of rural e-commerce in 14 citiesof Guangxi in 2012-2016 years is gradually increasing,but the overall level is low;thecharacteristics of spatial differentiation are obvious,the development of Nanning is moreprominent,and Liuzhou and Guilin are followed closely.The level of agriculturalindustrialization in the 14 cities is also gradually increasing,and the overall level is still low;the characteristics of spatial differentiation are obvious,Nanning,Guilin are more prominent,Liuzhou is relatively backward,and industrial development has no direct relationship with theindustrialization of agriculture.Fourthly,the structural simultaneous equations show that the interaction between rurale-commerce and agricultural industrialization is obviously positive,and the couplingrelationship between the two is existing.For the e-business equation in rural areas,theproportion of primary and secondary industries added value to GDP,the loan balance of thefinancial institutions at the end of the year and the financial support in each region have asignificant impact on the development of rural e-commerce.The per capita GDP and thenumber of employees in the secondary industry have no significant impact on thedevelopment of rural e-commerce.For the agricultural industrialization equation,theproportion of the output value of the primary industry,the number of the primary industryemployed,the investment in the basic construction of agriculture,forestry and animalhusbandry in each region,and the per capita road operating mileage have a significant effecton the agricultural industrialization,and the per capita GDP has no significant impact on it.Fifthly,in order to improve the coupling level of rural e-commerce and agriculturalindustrialization in Guangxi,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such asestablishing the mechanism of communication,raising the level of the human capital,establishing the financing mechanism,playing the role of the agricultural supply side reform,responding to the strategy of rural revitalization,and strengthening the construction ofinformation.
