Research On The Development Strategy Of CCB Lincang Branch Under The Background Of Frontier Of Opening

With the rapid growth of China's economy,the continuous increase of commercial banks and the arrival of financial marketization,the involvement of third-party payment and Internet finance companies has had a violent impact on traditional finance.President Xi Jinping discussed the issue of financial services to the real economy in private enterprises,stressing that it is necessary to vigorously support the development and growth of private enterprises and solve the problem of difficult financing for private enterprises.Governor Ruan Chengfa proposed that Yunnan Province should build a “three cards” of “green energy”,“green food” and“healthy living destination”.The “Belt and Road” initiative,the establishment of the China(Yunnan)Free Trade Experimental Zone,the establishment of the Lincang Border Economic Cooperation Zone,and the construction of the National Sustainable Development Agenda Innovation Demonstration Zone in Lincang City have made Lincang City a frontier for opening up.The Lincang City Branch of CCB fully implemented the three-line principle of “Maintenance of the main line of transformation and development” of the Yunnan Branch of CCB.It always adheres to the development goal of market performance,value creation and income improvement,insists on customer-centered and insists on the first line of outlets.The Center adheres to the five strategies of “Basic Liberalism,Performance and Management,Management and Governance,Internal Control and Insurance,and Cultural Casting”.The Lincang City Branch of CCB currently has shortcomings in customer base,counter base,credit base,channel base,and internal control compliance.Under the background of opening frontier,CCB Lincang City Branch needs to formulate a new development strategy.This paper uses research methods such as literature research,statistical analysis and strategic analysis to study the external macro and industrial environmental factors faced by CCB Lincang Branch under the background of open frontier,analyzing thepolitical,economic,social,technological,etc.of Lincang City.From the analysis of existing competitors' competition,buyer bargaining ability,supplier bargaining ability,potential entrants and substitutes,the paper further analyzes the internal resources,capacity status,completion of overall business objectives,cross-border settlement,deposits,loans,private banking,other internal construction and its existing strategies of CCB Lincang Branch.Through analysis and research,the strategic planning of CCB Lincang Branch was proposed.Guided by the enterprise development strategy and market competition theory,ate banking strategy as well as the safeguard measures of organizational security,this paper proposes the hybrid overall development strategy,the centralized and differentiated competition strategy of the Lincang Branch of CCB,the functional strategy of RMB cross-border settlement strategy,deposit strategy,loan strategy and privrity,human resources security,internal control security,corporate culture protection,information assurance and market protection.
