Research On Performance Evaluation Of Core Enterprise In New Retail Innovation Ecosystem

In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,especially the mobile Internet,e-commerce has also developed rapidly,with the consumption trend gradually inclined to online consumption.However,in recent years,the growth rate of e-commerce in China has tended to slow down,from the peak to the slow growth period.Operating profits of China's listed retailers have been falling for years,and many physical stores have closed.Under the dual background of slowing growth of online e-commerce consumption and poor operation of offline physical stores,"new retail" emerges.China's retail industry hopes to break the development bottleneck through the integration of online and offline channels and provide new impetus for the healthy development of retail industry.The rapid development of science and technology,the advancement of economic globalization,consumer demand increasingly diverse and complicated,the height of the market environment uncertainty and commercial competition intensified,accelerated the innovation main body different way of cooperation from the original simple bilateral cooperation and vertical integration into the multilateral complex network dynamic method of cooperation,innovation ecosystem within each subject based on the common goal of innovation and innovation environment,sharing and value innovation resources,and constantly create profit,in its own independent development of running at the same time maintain the innovation ecosystem health.As the representative of new retail,Freshippo has gradually become the core enterprise of new retail innovation ecosystem relying on Alibaba's strong resource advantages.After scientific measurement of relevant literatures of innovation ecosystem by literature analysis method,this paper finds that there are few researches on the performance evaluation of core enterprises in the system,and few researches on the performance of core enterprises in the innovation ecosystem of "new retail".Based on the case analysis method,this paper explores the coevolution mechanism between Freshippo and its internal and external innovation ecosystem,optimizes the former performance evaluation index system,and evaluates the operation performance of Freshippo as the core enterprise by using analytical hierarchy process-comprehensive evaluation method,and puts forward development Suggestions.
