Along with the further development of the Internet economy, electronic commerce affects every aspect of economic life, the new commercial civilization is on the rise. Electronic commerce shows signs of industrial cluster gradually, its characteristic performances as the quantity of the individuals and enterprises to participate in has increased dramatically, member type diversification gradually, and the stronger coordination and affinity between the members. E-commerce is no longer just the simple electronic transactions between buyers and sellers, but cooperation from all walks of life companies and organizations, such as Banks, logistics, software, security, telecommunications that start around a core e-commerce enterprise, with trading agents——customer demand as the center of cluster network as a "virtual campus" via the Internet to be a vast new industry environment, and to start a wider range of resources and integration, so that e-commerce ecosystem arises at the historic moment.As one of the important members in the ecological system, the core enterprise provides shared assets with members of the system, and can find effective ways to create value, and shares with other members in the system value, who has played an important cohesion role in the development of system. However, building a sustainable development of e-commerce ecosystem currently, whether the core enterprise has possessed the leadership qualification in the system or not, how to formulate the core business strategy and so on that has become the problems of the core enterprises and even the whole system to be thought and solved. To this end, we should establish a reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system, in order to achieve operating conditions of the core enterprise, analyze of existing problems and improve them, continue to create value and share value with the whole system, at last to promote the sustainable development of the e-commerce ecosystem.On the basis of many experts and scholars at home and abroad, this paper adopts the systematic analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, specification and empirical analysis, with the combination of comparative analysis research methods. Combining with essential characteristics of the core enterprise of the e-commerce ecosystem and the management practice of e-commerce enterprises, this paper considers all aspects of the index factors comprehensively from the perspective of value creation and value sharing, and builds the core enterprise performance evaluation index system of the e-commerce ecosystem. Using the method of principal component analysis to evaluate, this paper carries on the empirical research on alibaba network co., LTD. On the basis of empirical analysis, we put forward the strategy of the core enterprise in the e-commerce ecosystem:firstly, to create the core competitive power, and continue to create value; Secondly, to coordinate of stakeholders, and share value constantly; Thirdly, to create environment that is conducive to the development of the whole e-commerce ecosystem.
