In the modern enterprise,especially the service industry management practice,employee emotion plays an important role in the development of the company.Emotion management is the process of controlling and regulating the emotions of individuals and groups.It aims to tap and cultivate emotional intelligence,develop the ability to control emotions,and establish and maintain a positive emotional state.The main business of LY is to carry out retail business of refined oil and non-oil products and provide related services in the gas stations of the LY region,which belong to the retail service industry.The emotions of LY’s employees fluctuate due to various reasons,and they have not been effectively managed,resulting in a decrease in work efficiency and a drop in customer satisfaction.In view of this,this article understands the current situation of emotional management of LY company employees through the interview method,and analyzes its existing problems.On this basis,it constructs an emotional management system including three elements: training mechanism,intervention mechanism,and grooming mechanism.The three mutually assist and constrain each other and organically cooperate to output the effectiveness of the whole emotion management.And put forward the recommendations of the implementation of the system,including:(1)the recognition of senior managers;(2)regular summary and correction;(3)step-by-step implementation,avoid leapfrogging;(4)scientifically set the evaluation of emotional management system;(5)Implement employee emotional management system centered on employees;(6)Establish emotional management system.Expected emotional management system can effectively solve many problems caused by improper emotional management of LY company employees,and provide certain reference significance for other companies.
