Discourse Expression And Emotional Evolution Of Network Groups Under The Issue Of Public Opinion Conflict

In the context of the new media era,new technologies enable the broad audience to have greater autonomy,and the overall information communication pattern around the media and audience has been quietly reshaped.The changes of new media give rise to new problems.Due to the natural properties of mobile social media,the boundary between the private and public spheres of the Internet has been broken.As private emotions flow into the public space in large numbers,it is increasingly difficult to distinguish them from the public emotions,and emotional factors are becoming more and more influential.In all kinds of media events,especially those with conflicts,the emotional characteristics of public opinion are becoming more and more significant.According to the observation,there are certain commonalities among the emotions under conflicting issues,and the generation path of their emotions can also be traced.Taking the "Huawei incident" as a typical case,this study selected the texts of questions and answers about "Huawei incident" on Zhihu platform,hoping to analyze the emotional characteristics of public opinion discourse under conflict issues and try to further explore the formation logic and evolution path of emotions.This paper mainly uses the method of text analysis,and refers to the method of grounded theory to analyze the text,to encode and refine the captured answer text,and then uses the authoritative sentiment analysis framework to analyze the deep emotional connotation at multiple levels.It is found that the emotional expression under this issue has the characteristics of "anger trait","weak atmosphere","playful carnival" and so on.In addition,the emotional construction also revolves around three potential logics: "history--reality","us--them",and "hegemony--rights protection".Finally,the evolution of emotion reflects the cyclical transition from "community imagination" to "personal interest" and then to "collective interest".This study is expected to enrich the relevant results of the research on the emotion of public opinion,supplement the further understanding of the emotion in public opinion and the generation process of emotion,and provide a useful reference for improving the guidance ability of public opinion in the era of new media and promoting the aggregation of consensus in cyberspace.
