Study On The Strategy Of Administrative Cost Control Of J Company

The management and control of enterprise administrative costs has an important effect on the operation and management of enterprises,and to a certain extent it affects the operating costs of enterprises and their economic benefits.This research focuses on the issue of continuous increase in administrative costs,and elaborates on the urgent need and significance of controlling administrative costs.Domestic enterprises started late,cost control is not standardized and complete,and there is a fact that they only focus on production control and do not really implement cost control.However,it has attracted the attention of domestic enterprises and started to look for scientific management and control methods to bring better economic benefits to enterprises.Therefore,this article takes J company as an example to study the administrative cost control strategy.It mainly uses comparative analysis method,inductive analysis method and literature research method to discuss this article in depth.The research content of this thesis will take administrative cost management and control as the theoretical guide,and make an in-depth discussion on administrative cost management and control.And put forward two kinds of applicable administrative cost control strategies: "responsible cost control strategy with cost reduction rate as the evaluation index" and "incentive cost control strategy with input and output efficiency as the evaluation index".The significance of this study is that it not only effectively controls and saves the administrative cost of J Company,but also has great significance for the company's own development,and has a profound impact on promoting the development of the entire economy and society.Strategies and approaches to control and reduce administrative costs are of great significance to the sustainable development of J Company.The paper has 6 figures,16 tables,and 127 references.
