With the advancement of China's urbanization,the proportion of construction projects in the national economy is getting higher and higher,and the role it plays is also getting bigger and bigger.How to improve the management level of construction projects is to determine the future development of China's construction industry An important factor,and ensuring the supply of engineering materials during the construction phase is critical to improving the overall management level of engineering construction projects.Supply chain management has been used in manufacturing companies for many years,but it has just started in the field of engineering construction.By applying supply chain management thinking to engineering projects,it can improve the current level of project management.This paper summarizes and summarizes the fields and directions of scholars in engineering supply chain research in the past 20 years,taking engineering construction material supply chain management as the research direction.Use the MAS method to construct the inventory management model of engineering construction materials and the supply chain network model of engineering construction materials,write simulation programs,and study the impact of inventory management models on inventory costs.At the same time,the evolution mechanism and inventory of the engineering construction material supply chain in a competitive environment The influence of management factors on the main body in the supply chain network is explored.The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:(1)Constructed a periodic review inventory strategy and a continuous review inventory strategy simulation model,analyzed and summarized the factors affecting the cost of the two inventory management models through the simulation program,and proposed methods and suggestions to improve the two inventory management models;A comparison of the two inventory management models shows that under the demand of high service level,(r,Q)continuous review strategy should be selected for inventory management.(2)Based on the inventory strategy model,the construction material supply chain network simulation model is constructed.Based on the MAS simulation modeling theory,the behaviors of accepting orders,checking inventory,shipping,replenishing,and selecting distributors in the real engineering supply chain are abstracted,and these behaviors are expressed using programming language.Through the design of the interface,functional modules and program flow,the construction of the network simulation model of the engineering construction material supply chain is completed.(3)Through the different simulation experiment scenarios in the construction material supply chain network simulation model,study the evolution process of the engineering supply chain network.The results show that the bullwhip effect also exists in the engineering supply chain environment,and the bullwhip effect increases with the difficulty of obtaining information in the downstream.Compared with competitive supply chain networks,a stable serial supply chain is more conducive to the development of upstream and downstream enterprises.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to sign cooperation contracts between upstream and downstream of the engineering supply chain.The use of safety stocks in the field of engineering construction is still relatively small.The safety stocks obtained through simulation experiments can effectively avoid material shortages and have a positive effect on project management.At the same time,the reasonable setting of safety stocks can also increase material distributors in the engineering supply chain competitiveness in the network.
