Since 2017,the number of Franchisees and market share in unmanned retail areas such as smart vending machines,unmanned convenience stores and open shelves has grown rapidly.The way it uses for reference is to penetrate quickly.In order to achieve the goal of information penetration in the management of users,goods and scenes,it makes use of big data to layout the traditional stores and drives the operational efficiency by data,for customers to bring high-tech,personal appearance,convenient operation and other aspects of a good shopping experience.This paper takes F company as the object of investigation,on the basis of actively absorbing the existing research results,to study the sustainability of F Company's Business Model Promotion Path.First of all,through combing the relevant literature of Business Model Sustainability and sustainability path,the author makes clear the viewpoint and characteristics of business model sustainability path,and lays the foundation of this paper,this paper investigates and Studies the Sustainability of F Company's current business model by means of a questionnaire.After sorting out and analyzing,it extracts the main problems existing in the above aspects of F Company's construction and development,point the way to Building Alternative Business Models for Sustainability Promotion;then,based on the results of Literature Research and field investigation,four typical paths for improving the sustainability of F company's business model have been developed.Based on the enterprise management theory,this paper determines the set of factors affecting the path selection of the sustainability improvement of F company's business model,and obtains the main factors through the analysis and operation of SPSS22.0 software,on the basis of the results,the index system of path selection for business model sustainability promotion is established,and the weights of each index are determined by the combination of AHP and entropy weight method,and combined with the model and comprehensive evaluation method to build F company's business model to improve the sustainability of the path choice model,the final application of the model to choose the most suitable F company's business model to improve the sustainability of the value path,its aim is to provide solutions for the problems of sustainability of F company's business model,in order to enhance the sustainability of F company's business model and enhance its competitiveness;On the other hand,it also provides reference and reference for companies in the same field.
