Research On Performance Evaluation Of Working Capital Management In D Pharmaceutical Enterprises

The pharmaceutical industry is an important component of our national economy,and it is a rising industry combining traditional and modern industries.However,in recent years,with the introduction of the "Internet + Medical" policy,the Internet medical industry has continued to deepen,which has brought great challenges to the management of traditional pharmaceutical enterprises.In order to cope with the changes of market environment,enterprises need to reinforce the financial management.And working capital management is an indispensable part of financial management.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of working capital management is an enterprise questions to study.In order to study the improvement of working capital management efficiency,we need to evaluate the performance of working capital management.First of all,the article starts with the traditional method of evaluating working capital management performance of enterprises.It describes the operation status of pharmaceutical companies.The article proceeds from the theory of factor-based and channel-based working capital management,and evaluates their current working capital management performance from single indicators and business process-based indicators.Secondly,due to the limitations of working capital management performance evaluation methods,the financial data of pharmaceutical companies from 2014 to 2018 were selected for analysis.Combined with the channel-based working capital management described above,the performance evaluation system of working capital management is comprehensively established from four aspects such as liquidity,risk,profitability and coordination.When constructing a new rating system,the original evaluation indicators will be screened and revised The paper mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to assign its weight,standardizes the financial data,and then it obtains the comprehensive score of the enterprise's working capital management performance.Finally,from liquidity,risk,profitability and coordination four comprehensive evaluation of D pharmaceutical enterprises,it comprehensively evaluated the working capital management,and proposed relevant measures to optimize and improve the working capital management according to the problems.
