Research On The Integrated Investment Management System Planning Of TA Insurance Company

With the information age's coming,the application of information technology has become an indispensable component of all respect of enterprise management,while Information system planning has also become an integral part when corporate developing strategy management.The scientific and rational planning of information systems provides a favorable guarantee for enterprises to cope with complicated and changeable external environments and to survive and develop in fierce competition.At present,a great many of articles and monographs have reviewed researches of domestic and international information system planning,which are in general,divided into the following aspects.1,putting particular emphasis on improving the automation and operational efficiency of data information,such as Anthony Model and Nolan Model.2,focusing on research to meet information demand,improve management efficiency,and then support decision-making,such as information engineering and strategic data-planning methodologies.3,research on building strategic information system,such as Strategic Alignment Model(SAM)and information system planning based on business process reengineering,(BPR).From the perspective of combining theory with practice,this paper studies the planning and designing projects of TA Insurance Company's integrated investment management system,using relative theories of information system planning and feasibility studies.Firstly,analyzeing the status and defects of system application of TA insurance company's information system.Then,according to the actual business process and business system planning,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the TA insurance company's investment management system,designs and describes the the application framework,business process,and implementation functions of each business system in the overall framework.Finally,the implementation plan of the planned system are analyzed and elaborated in this paper from the aspects of organization,personnel,technology,and capital.The result shows that the technology proposal and application prospects of this project are both satisfactory and in line with the relevant national regulations.This project is of tremendous assistance to improvethe domestic insurance companies' investment management benefit and necessary condition for enhancing the core competence of TA insurance companies.Therefore,this project is entirely feasible,which not only improves the insurance company's investment management benefits,but also has good social benefitst,and it plays a positive role in promoting the popularization and development of the investment management information system of insurance companies.
