HX Company’s Information Systems Planning

Management information systems play in today’s various industry an increasingly important role in the investment industry as a high-risk, high capital sensitive and security-sensitive industries, and a company is based on the fundamental rational deployment of management information systems. HX company is the 13th subsidiary of HR Group, China, a registered capital of 400 million yuan, was set up in December 2014. Based on the of actual situation we build specific analysis of H X company’s management information system, and take the use of relevant theory and research methods to build a sound management information system for the HX company.Combined with the HX company’s overall development and HX company’s strategic development goals, using the basic theory of information strategy planning to draw HX company’s information systems strategic planning, to analyze information system functional requirements analysis and business processes, followed by more specific analysis of the system data type requirements. Information system functionality is divided according to the theory and methods of these information systems planning, and ultimately the formation of an overall information system architecture planning. Also proposed supporting demand planning and safeguards.This paper is only for HX company’s specific situation analysis conclusion, although there are some limitations, but the construction of information systems can play a sense of peer reference.
