Research On The Method Of Context Modeling And Configuring For Business Problem Solving

In the era of knowledge economy,as the business solution becomes more knowledge-based,the performance of business solving determines the market competitiveness of enterprises and becomes a key factor affecting the long-term development of enterprises.In fact,the daily operation process of an enterprise is the process of solving various business problems.Through enterprise research,it is found that business solving performance is not only dependent on the knowledge and capabilities of business problem solver,but also closely related to various contextual elements in the business solving process,and is called business solving context.In order to give full play to the role of contextual elements in the business solving process,this thesis has conducted in-depth research on the method of context modeling and configuring for business problem solving,aiming to improve the business solving performance and market competitiveness of enterprises.Starting from the modeling of business solving context,the framework model of context modeling method for business problem solving is proposed.Firstly,the composition dimension of the business solving context is determined through enterprise research.Then,the 5W1 H analysis method,5S site management and Maslow's hierarchy of needs are introduced to further analyze the levels included in each contextual dimension.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the business solving context is constructed.The model has scalability and applicability,and can determine the specific dimensions and levels of the business solving context according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Based on the business solving context modeling,the framework model of context configuring method for business problem solving is established.The EPC model is used to describe the business solving process,and the business case data,work site data and employee information data related to the business solving process are obtained.Then,the business solving context configuring method based on case-based reasoning,data mining and incentive theory is studied.These methods improve the business solving performance of the enterprise from the three perspectives of satisfying business demand,improving the work site and completing employee incentive,and can help enterprise managers to configure more reasonable contextual elements for the business solving process.Finally,based on the above research results,the comparative experiment to verify the effectiveness of the method of context modeling and configuring was carried out,and the context configuration service system for business problem solving was designed and developed.The system can make full use of the relevant data resources in the business solving process to realize the rational configuration and management of the business solving context elements.As a new perspective to improve the performance of business solving,this research helps to enrich the management theory of enterprises,and aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the improvement of business solving performance.
