Study On Management Method And Supporting System Of Enterprise Business Solution Design

Knowledge resource as one of the important assets in enterprise,building business process model and applying it to solving business problems become a top priority of enterprise knowledge management.Business problem solutions involve a variety of knowledge resources.Its modeling and management can not only improve the efficiency of solving business problems,but also build a better and more standard model to solve the problem.And it can obtain and analyze the relationship between knowledge resources to offer a better knowledge services.Therefore,strengthening the research on the business problem solutions is imminent.This paper takes the design and development of supporting system of enterprise business solution design as the research object.The framework of knowledge services oriented business problem solving was introduced.The model of business problem solution oriented knowledge services in domain specific was built.And based on the process of problem solving,the knowledge resources model was applied in the process of making solution to build the standard model of solution.And the management methods and services which used in supporting system of enterprise business solution design were introduced.And the system was built based on the standard model of solution.The research work in this paper aims to improve the efficiency and quality of business problem solutions which can help business workers figure out solutions faster and better.At the same time,the system can summarize the relationships between knowledge resources.It can also realize the problem-solving based on the knowledge services and knowledge push.First,according to the theoretical framework of domain-specific modeling,the knowledge resources in the process of problem-solving were combined with the business process.A standard framework of knowledge services oriented business problem solving and a domain specific model of business problem solutions oriented knowledge services was built.Secondly,a way to obtain the knowledge resources model by using text mining tools and web crawler tools analyze internal and external information of enterprise was introduced.Then,the actual situation of solution was divided into three dimensions and three rules which was applied to actual situation were introduced.In order to solve the business problems and manage the solutions better,a model that dealt with the solution through background way were presented.Finally,the design objectives,architecture and system functions of supporting system were analyzed.And functional modules of the system were minutely designed.Technical framework for system implementation was proposed.And the implementation process of system function was introduced from the perspective of knowledge services.In the end,the enterprise solutionprototype system was developed.
