Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of Rural Property Rights Trading Platform In Wuxing Subdistrict Office In Changzhou

To establish a management system that meets the needs of the development of socialist market economy and socialist market economy,it is necessary to clarify the ownership of collective assets and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.Based on the theory of public service,using the methods of literature research,investigation and comparative analysis,this paper takes the Wuxing Subdistrict Office in Changzhou City as an innovative research perspective.By discussing the current situation of its rural property rights trading platform,the paper aims at the existing procedures of non-standard implementation,lax supervision,low operation fluency and system.In view of the imperfect system and backward propaganda methods,some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening system guarantee,improving operation mode,standardizing transaction management,stricting platform supervision and strengthening platform propaganda.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in: new research perspective and new research sample.In this paper,we can combine the theory of rural property rights trading platform and the working practice of Wuxing Subdistrict Office pilot,and put forward some new ideas.The research sample is new.As a pilot unit,Wuxing Subdistrict Office in Changzhou has 11 village committees with their own characteristics,which have a variety of research samples and are very representative.It has reference and innovation significance for the construction of rural property rights trading platform at the township and street level in China.There are 56 references in this paper.
