New retail is a new commercial retail format born with the global Internet economy. It takes consumer experience as the center, big data as the core driving force, with the help of modern science and information technology such as mobile Internet and Internet of things.Through the deep integration of online and offline products, services and logistics, the enterprise business model and logistics are reshaped.Under the new retail business model, with the upgrading of consumer demand, customers also have new requirements for commodity di stribution services. How to scientifically choose the distribution network for new retail enterprises has become a prominent problem under the new situation. This thesis is to solve the game problem between enterprise cost and customer experience service from the two aspects of new retail enterprises and customers.According to the characteristics of the new retail distribution model, this thesis analyzes the factors that affect the distribution of the new retail enterprise, through the bi-level programming model for terminal distribution network location under new retail enterprises with the utility of customer selection and the cost of enterprise location and this thesis discusses the theory and method of distribution network location of new retail enterprises. On this basis, this thesis takes SUNING'new retail terminal distribution network as a case study,in order to improve the operation efficiency of the distribution network and the level of customer service.Firstly, this thesis makes atheoretical study on the business model and cha racteristics of new retail enterprises, and then deeply analyzes the relevant factors that affect the distribution location of the new retail enterprise,on the basis of combing and summarizing the previous logistics location theory, this thesis puts forward the bilevel programming theory and method of distribution network location of new retail enterprises. In the bilevel programming model, the up per planning is to determine the best location of the distribution network with the goal of minimizing the total cost and considering the operating cost and time delay cost;the lower planning is that the customer aims to obtain the best service utility and determines the demand distribution between different distrib ution site selection under the condition of considering service payment and service experience.Secondly, innovative use of two-stage hybrid algorithm of improved clustering-simulated annealing algorithm and clustering-NSGA-? algorithm(FCM-ISA,FCM-NSGA-?)to solve the bi-level programming model for the distribution site selection base on new retail enterprises. In the first stage,a clus tering algorithm is used to solve the initial solution, and in the second stage, simulated annealing algorithm and NSGA-? algorithm are used to carry out qua dratic optimization respectively.Through the analysis of the example, which verifies the validity of the model and algorithm. The results show that the impro ved two-stage hybrid algorithm is more effective and faster to obtain the globa l optimal solution than the single immune algorithm, and the improved hybrid simulated annealing algorithm has a better solution effect. Finally, taking SUNIN G Lianyungang Company as an example to analyze. This thesis uses the bi-level programming model and the improved two-stage hybrid algorithm to design the terminal distribution site selection scheme of new retail enterprises. The results shows that the distribution network based on stores currently operated by the company has much room for improvement.Use the site selection scheme designed in this thesis to optimize SUNING distribution network. The results shows that it can save costs and improve customer experience utility.33 pictures,24 tables,82 references.
