Distribution center is a bridge connecting providers and clients in logistics network. It plays an important role in logistics system. In order to solve the model, the writer take consider into clustering algorithm.The end, the author selects HAODELAI as research subject; the thesis analyzes the present situation of HAODELAI and designs a scheme of distribution center location for HAODELAI. At last, the thesis describes briefly the foundation and implementing of the scheme.
