Research On The Influence Of The Integration Of Rural Tertiary Industry On Rural Economic Development In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

The rural issue has always been valued by the party and the country.From the urban-rural development integration strategy reported at the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the rural revitalization strategy reported at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the agricultural development path has changed from the past "urban and rural overall development" to "urban-rural integration development".This is an important adjustment made according to China's rural development.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party pointed out that the issue of agricultural and rural area and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It is necessary to implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and promote the integration development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.2020 is the year to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also the year to end the war of poverty alleviation.The no.1 document of the central committee for 2020 calls for continued efforts to develop rural industries to enrich the people,and formulate policies to support the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,to promote increase in farmers' income.The integration of the three industries in rural areas is an important way to alleviate poverty,which is of great significance to the development of rural economy and the promotion of farmers' income.Therefore,this paper takes the Yangtze river economic belt as the research object to study the economic effect of the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.This article first to industrial convergence paper summarizes related literature at home and abroad,form the literature review,clear the connotation and significance of the 123 rural industrial convergence,and from extending agriculture industry chain,play to the versatility of agriculture and promote the optimal allocation of resources in three aspects to explore the mechanism of the impact on rural development rural tertiary industry fusion;Secondly,taking the Yangtze river economic belt as the background,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of rural integration of tertiary industry in the Yangtze river economic belt,constructs an index system,and USES the coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling coordination degree of rural integration of tertiary industry in the Yangtze river economic belt.The results show that the rural integration degree of tertiary industry in the Yangtze river economic belt is relatively low.Thirdly,this paper USES the random effect model and the iv-gmm model to study the impact of rural tertiary industry integration on rural economic growth and farmers' income growth.The empirical results show that rural tertiary industry integration has a significant positive impact on rural economic growth and farmers' income growth.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The main research conclusions of this paper include the following three aspects: first,the time of rural integrated development of the Yangtze river economic belt is short;Second,the integration level of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the rural areas of the Yangtze river economic belt is not high;Third,the Yangtze river economic belt rural integration of the three industries is conducive to rural development.Therefore,according to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions for improving the integration of rural tertiary industry: first,extend the agricultural industrial chain;Second,give full play to the versatility of agriculture;Third,promote the optimal allocation of resources;Fourth,give full play to the guiding role of the government.Through the above research,in order to provide reference for other related research,promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,promote rural economic development.
