A Study On The Influence Of The Integration Of Rural Industry One,Two And Three On The Income Income Of Peasants In Jilin Province

In the context of the new era and new economy,China's economy is developing rapidly,but there are still "three rural" problems that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,in order to build a modern system and promote the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,it plays an important role.With the construction of the country,the policies and strategies for rural construction are also constantly improving.The 13 th Five-Year Plan of the country indicates that it is necessary to adjust the structure of agricultural production,optimize the layout,strengthen the integration of industries and the construction of industrial chain,so as to maximize the benefits of agriculture,enable farmers to live a prosperous life and improve farmers' income.At the Nineteenth Congress,it was also clearly stated that farmers were the focus of the country's attention.Paying attention to agricultural development and speeding up the integration of rural industries were important ways to get rid of poverty in an all-round way and not fight against poverty.It was clearly put forward that agricultural and rural development projects should create a new situation,scientifically formulate the integration of rural industries,so that hundreds of millions of farmers could live a happy and happy life.Planning and meeting clearly pointed out that we should take the road of modern agriculture,guide the development of agricultural science and technology,innovate technology,improve efficiency,reduce costs and increase output value.Therefore,in the current context,the development of rural integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries will not only help to build rural areas,but also improve the economic level of farmers,especially the impact of farmers' income increase is of great significance and beneficial value.Firstly,this paper studies the related concepts and definitions of industrialintegration and farmers' income increase by domestic and foreign scholars,and summarizes the formation of these concepts.At the same time,it clarifies the connotation of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration.On this basis,it deeply studies the impact of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration on farmers' income increase.Secondly,according to the data of all regions in the country and Jilin Province,the east,West and northeast of the country are analyzed,especially the nine urban areas in Jilin Province are measured and compared.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper makes a reasonable analysis of the current situation,future and development of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jilin Province,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries to increase farmers' income.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,the level of rural integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jilin Province is increasing again;second,the level of rural integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jilin Province is uneven;third,the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jilin Province will promote farmers' income.Empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration and farmers' income.In other words,rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration promotes farmers' income,helps farmers improve their living standards and accelerate rural economic construction.Finally,through empirical research and phenomenal analysis,this paper comes up with relevant suggestions: first,pay attention to the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries to accelerate development;second,improve the level of agricultural industrialization;third,speed up government support to promote the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The significance of this study: First,from the reading of literature and contemporary scholars' research,we can find that the research of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration is relatively few and belongs to theacademic frontier.This study enriches its field content;Second,from a realistic point of view,it helps farmers to increase their income,improve rural construction and accelerate the development of agricultural modernization.
