Research On The Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Of High-tech Industry Innovation Ecosystem

Industrial Innovation Ecosystem refers to the exchange of material,energy and information between innovation organizations or between innovation organizations and their environment in a certain space,thus forming a system network of coexistence,collaborative evolution and mutual benefit.In this era of knowledge-based economy,innovation is the driving force for economic development,and industrial innovation ecosystem is the collection of innovation at the enterprise and national level,which is an orderly combination under a specific situation.With the interconnection of global value chain and the wide spread of knowledge,industrial innovation ecosystem can realize the cross regional flow of innovation elements,promote the spatial accumulation of innovation resources,and the importance of building industrial innovation ecosystem is recognized by more and more countries and regions,and the innovation ecosystem has penetrated into all walks of life.As a knowledge intensive and technology intensive industry,high-tech industry is quite different from traditional industry.High tech industry is an industry group that uses modern cutting-edge technology to produce high-tech products,mainly involving information technology,bioengineering,new materials and other fields.High tech industry not only has the characteristics of rapid development and strong penetration,but also can help promote industrial optimization Upgrade and improve the competitiveness of national science and technology.The high-tech research and development investment is large,the proportion of research and development personnel is high,and the knowledge element is the basic element for the subject to participate in the competition.However,through a large number of literature and case studies,this paper finds that the knowledge sharing efficiency of the high-tech industry innovation ecosystem is low,and different knowledge sharing subjects,objects and knowledge sharing environment in the innovation ecosystem are often in mismatch State,and in the operation and maintenance of high-tech industry innovation ecosystem are facing various challenges.Knowledge sharing mechanism is one of the important mechanisms of interaction among members of innovation ecosystem,which is an important factor to determine the innovation ability and competitiveness of the system.Therefore,based on the innovation ecosystem of hightech industry,this paper makes an in-depth study on the mechanism of knowledge sharing in order to realize the optimal allocation of innovation resources and strengthen the management of knowledge sharing,which has great theoretical value and practical significance for the development of organizational innovation and high-tech industry.This paper mainly studies from these aspects: first,define the high-tech industry innovation ecosystem,build a conceptual model,determine the whole process of knowledge sharing in the high-tech industry innovation ecosystem,and analyze the implementation mechanism of knowledge sharing;second,build an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing in the high-tech industry innovation system,and analyze the stability of the evolution of knowledge sharing in the system Fixed state,and the influence of various factors on the knowledge sharing activities of the system;Then,combined with the process,influencing factors and opportunistic behavior of the members of the hightech industry innovation ecosystem,this paper proposes an effective knowledge sharing governance mechanism;finally,through the knowledge sharing of rip biological innovation ecosystem as a case study,this paper deepens the research on the knowledge sharing mechanism of the high-tech industry innovation ecosystem.
