Research On The Relationship Between Data Empowerment And Service Innovation Capability Of Logistics Service Platform

With the rapid development of the Internet and big data,the service forms and application fields of logistics enterprises are becoming more and more extensive,various types of logistics platform enterprises are emerging,such as: City freight logistics platform,truck-freight matching bulk freight logistics platform,Highway Port Logistics Service Platform etc,besides,between the same types of logistics platform competition are becoming more fierce.Therefore,focus on how to improve the logistics platform's service innovation,acquire more customer resources,improve market share has become a major issue between the logistics platform enterprises.So,How to make the platform users and enterprises achieve "win-win" is the starting point of this study.Based on the application of big data,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of big data on the value co-creation and service innovation of Logistics Service Platform from the perspective of data empowerment.This study used the questionnaire software to send out 838 questionnaires,615 questionnaires were collected,360 valid questionnaires were collected,the recovery rate of the questionnaires was 73.4%,the efficiency of the questionnaires was 58.5%.Then the hypothesis was tested by using SPSS23.0 and AMOS21.0.The results show that data empowerment can promote the co-creation of value between platform enterprises and users,and co-creation of value is an important factor to promote the service innovation ability of platform enterprises,at the same time,the moderating variable of environmental dynamics is found to inhibit the interaction between cooperation and service innovation.Finally,according to the research results,the paper discusses the significance and application value of this paper,summarizes the shortcomings of this study and puts forward the future research direction,and reveals the mechanism of data empowerment and service innovation capability of logistics service platform,it provides theoretical support and concrete suggestions for enterprises to carry out service innovation.The innovation of this paper is to take the theory of data empowerment as the breakthrough point,combine the value co-creation to create this intermediary variable,and build a bridge between data empowerment and service innovation capability of logistics service platform,it provides a new perspective for the improvement of service innovation capability of Logistics Service Platform,and further expands theresearch perspective and scope of front-end variables of service innovation capability.At the same time,through the combination of the research of the existing scholars to make a questionnaire,through questionnaire survey to collect data,from an empirical point of view to analyze the intelligence ability,connectivity ability,analytical ability of data empowerment,the paper verifies the effect of data empowerment on service innovation capability,and enriches the application of empowerment theory in Logistics Service Platform.
