Research On The Risk Of Open Service Innovation Of Platform Enterprises

With the development of Internet technology,the number of platform-enterprises is increasing constantly and the service modes are constantly innovating.The open service innovation activities of platform-enterprises continue.Upgrading the enterprise innovative ways and-value chain,platform-enterprises open service innovation has become a strong impetus to the rapid development of the service industry.Because of their business scope and technological strength at the core of the industry chain,Platform-enterprises is the industry leader in innovation;At the same time,platform-enterprises build bilateral or multilateral markets for users,enterprises in which the environment is multi-user open interaction.Therefore,the emergence of platform-enterprises open service innovation is fully reasonable.At the same time,facing the serious failure of innovation in platform-based enterprises,the concept of risk has been introduced.With deep analysis of failed cases of innovation,explored the mechanism of risk generation;Identified and analysed all participants of platform-enterprises open innovation activities and the internal and external environment of innovation activities;Based on the external processes of service innovation activities and,the intrinsic linkages of Multi-party innovation participants,simulated innovation activities systematically,identified the most threatening risk sources;proposed of open service innovation risk management methods and mechanisms from many aspects.This article mainly carries on the thorough research to the following several points:First of all,based on the failure cases of open service innovation in a number of platform-based enterprises,this paper analyzes the risk-generating mechanism of open service innovation in platform-enterprises through the methods of grounded theory,questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling,which are similar to the management factor model.So established the risk research framework based on the improved management factor model,which lays the foundation for risk identification and construction of system simulation model.Secondly,taking the five elements of the improved management factor model as a first-level framework and twelve second-level risks as a foundation,a three-level HHM model of open service innovation risk for platform enterprises is constructed.And 53 risk sources in the model were filtered by RFRM risk,and finally the four most risky sources of risk were obtained.Then,based on the mechanism of risk generation and the result of risk identification,the system dynamics is used to build the model,which are respectively the causal relationship diagram and system flow diagram of risk in open service innovation.Conduct sensitivity analysis on the four most threatened risk sources,test their sensitivity to risk control measures,and try to provide reference for risk management.Finally,aiming at the risk generation mechanism model,the HHM framework and the system dynamics simulation results,targeted risk management methods are proposed,which is supported by the governance mechanism.The main contributions are as follows:(1)The research on risk generation mechanism is included in the risk research of open service innovation in platform-enterprises,and the relevant assumptions are verified through empirical research,which makes the risk research on open service innovation of platform-enterprises systematic and complete.(2)Based on multi-case analysis and grounded theory,this paper analyzed the mechanism of risk-generating.mechanism nd HHM model of open service innovation for platform-enterprises,which makes the generation and threat of open service innovation risk more convincing.(3)Simulated the open service innovation risk of platform-enterprises by system dynamics,realized the dynamic combination of risk qualitative research and quantitative research,and realized the systematic research on the risk of platform-enterprises open service innovation.
