Analysis Of The Policy Effects Of The Free Trade Zone

With the advance of The Times,two characteristics of the world economy are becoming more and more obvious,that is,regional economic integration and economic globalization.Most members of the world trade organization(WTO)have free trade relations with their own countries,and many developed countries even have free trade ports.At the 17 th national congress of the communist party of China,the building of free trade zones was promoted as a national strategy.The establishment and development of the free trade zone has become a topic discussed by some scholars.As a developing country,it is particularly important to open wider to the outside world and vigorously develop the economy.The policy of free trade area is a powerful and effective tool to promote economic development.In terms of the current policies and regulations of free trade zones implemented in China,almost all of them are purposive,and most of them are explanatory statements after the event,and there are few guiding policies in advance,which seriously affect the effective evaluation of policies.Therefore,from this perspective,it is of vital practical significance to further explore the policy effect and improve the policy evaluation system to promote the development of the free trade area.Not only that,but because our country actual situation is special,the domestic scholar almost didn't delve into the free trade policy of our country,and institutional differences,can draw lessons from foreign experience is very limited,so standing on the point of view,accord with the actual conditions of our country related policy theory system is particularly important.In this graduation project,the relevant theoretical knowledge about the policy of free trade zone in China is briefly expounded,and the development process of free trade zone is briefly summarized.Secondly,the author focuses on the policy effect of creating free trade zone.The national statistical yearbook,the provinces statistical yearbook,the National Bureau of Statistics of the People's Republic of China "," national research network,integrated by statistical database and the provinces statistical bulletin and other provincial panel data from 2008 to 2018,through relevant policy evaluation index system of building,based on the double difference method and the comprehensive analysis and empirical research on the evaluation method to set up the economic growth and policyeffect.The results show that :(1)the establishment of a free trade zone can effectively promote the economic growth of the free trade zone and its region,and this result is still valid under the strict and stable conditions;(2)by studying the effects of the development and change of the economic growth of free trade zones,it is found that the economic growth effect of free trade zones declines first and then increases with the increase of the time and number of free trade zones established;(3)by comparing the economic growth effect of coastal and inland free trade zones,it is found that the economic growth effect of coastal free trade zones is significantly higher than that of inland free trade zones.(4)a comparative study on the economic growth effect of free trade zones in eastern,central and western regions shows that the economic growth brought by the establishment of free trade zones in western regions is significantly higher than that in eastern and central regions.After in-depth analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the establishment of the free trade zone can not only promote the rapid economic growth,but also the promotion of the free trade zone,promote regional economic growth and solve the regional unbalanced development problems have certain reference significance.
