In 1978,China began to implement the reform and opening-up line,Chinese and Western cultures began to blend,and the Internet began to rise.The new generation of employees were born in such a background,with strong general self-awareness,openness,strong personality characteristics,and in many ways different from the older generation of employees.The new generation of employees has become the main force of the labor market.The fast-paced and changing life and work lead to their not smooth development in the workplace.In recent years,the work pressure of the new generation of employees has increased significantly.With the increasingly fierce social competition,their job burnout has become increasingly prominent Job burnout is a hot topic in management research.It will have a variety of negative effects on individuals,organizations,enterprises and even family society.Therefore,this paper discusses the influence of job stress on Job Burnout of the new generation of employees,and introduces two representative personality characteristics of neuroticism and responsibility in the big five personality model to explore its mechanism in job stress and job burnout.This paper takes the new generation of employees as the research object,combining with relevant theories,puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper.constructs the theoretical models of job stress,job burnout,neuroticism and responsibility,and then designs the questionnaire.The pre-questionnaire is distributed to the new generation of employees in different industries across the country.The pre-questionnaire is analyzed,integrated,perfected and finally forms a formal questionnaire.In this study,308 valid questionnnaires were collected.SPSS20.0 and Amos17.0 were used to test the quality of the collected data.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the hypothesis.The research shows that(1)the new generation of employees have higher levels ofj ob stress and job burnout,which bring the greatest pressure on the job itself and the strongest emotional exhaustion in job burnout.(2)the five dimensions of job stress have positive effects on the three dimensions of job burnout.(3)the responsibility is a positive psychological factor that has negative effects on job burnout,and neuroticism is a negative psychological factor that has positive effects on job burnout.(4)neuroticism,which has a moderating effect between job stress and job burnout.However,neuroticism has no moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and depersonalization,and responsibility has no moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and emotional exhaustion.(5)The level of job burnout of new generation employees is significantly different in age and enterprise natureThrough the research on the job burnout and job stress of the new generation group,this research provides new ideas and new ideas for enterprises to cultivate and manage the new generation of employees by macroscopically grasping the situation of job burnout and job stress of the new generation group,and uses the research results of this paper to provide some suggestions for organizations to reduce the job stress and job burnout of the new generation of employees from the organizational level,so as to better manage the new generation of employees and provide some personal opinions for the new generation of employees.
