| In the 21st century,the form of company organization changes a lot.The way of company management also has a great change.How to activate individuals becomes the most important tasks for company management.In the past,we thought that the employees rely on the company.Now,the employees gradually become the driving force for the development and growth of the company.Therefore,the managers need to apply scientific management system to motivate the effectiveress of employees and bring infinite development of the company.The Objectives and Key ’Results fuse different management issues,such as project management and customer thinking,make key result,so that the depth of management can be explored,tracked and supervised as needed,and the management range is also greatly improved..In this paper,through investigation and research of the process of the current performance management system,A company with four link of performance management process as the clue,analyzes the performance management system in A company performance planning,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback the problem,and from the management concept,personnel quality,technology platform and enterprise culture from four aspects analyzes the causes of the problem.On this basis,by referring to relevant literature and referring to the performance management model of excellent companies in the same industry,the performance management system of A company was improved based on the OKR goal and key achievement method,and the improvement objectives and principles were defined.The steps,key roles and main tasks of performance management are identified.From the four links of performance management,that is,performance plan,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback four links to improve the optimization measures.Finally,from the management concept,personnel training,technical support and enterprise culture innovation four aspects of guarantee measures,in order to stimulate the potential of employees,to promote the enterprise to achieve a healthy and stable development.This paper adopts the investigation method and case study method.By investigating the management problems existing in Company A,and taking A sales company as a case,this paper studies the process and feedback of Objectives and Key Results in the company,provide the new thought and framework for the application of the Objectives and Key Results base on the theory and practice,and submits more specific and feasible suggestions for the application of the Objectives and Key Results according the application experience of the company. |
